Dallas—Forty Five Ten’s new luxury flagship store in downtown Dallas is now open. The project was led by Droese Raney Architecture.

Located at 1615 Main St., the 37,000-square-foot retail destination owned by Headington Co. has floor-to-ceiling windows, custom metal work and a dark brick exterior. The new store features several merchandise categories—rare beauty, a fine jewelry salon, a shoe salon, books and stationery by Smythson, Connor and an Assouline shop, tabletop collections from Hermès, St. Louis, Puiforcat, Georg Jensen, Baccarat and Christofle.

“Dallas is unfinished in many ways, so it feels like we are a part of this evolving momentum and potential. If I didn’t believe that we could deliver a truly unmatched retail experience, we wouldn’t be here,” said Brian Bolke, president & co-founder of Forty Five Ten, in a prepared statement.

The four-story building offers connectivity to downtown’s amenities, being situated close to several restaurants, other boutiques, spa or fitness facilities and The Joule hotel, which is located directly across Main St.

To celebrate the opening, Forty Five Ten launched a 80-page book, The Eccentrics, a collection of portraits of industry’s notable personalities including Dita Von Teese, Donna Karan, Iris Apfel and Douglas Little, shot specifically for this project by the fashion photographer Ruven Afanador.
