Footprint will occupy building F of Phase II, at 250 E. Germann Road. The new facility will help the company grow its production capabilities. Footprint focuses on manufacturing eco-friendly fiber-based products and custom packaging solutions, with a goal to reduce plastic waste from reaching the environment.

Besides immediate access to Freeway 202, the building features:

  • A 28-foot clear ceiling height
  • A storage yard
  • 11 grade level doors
  • 60- by 56-foot column spacing
  • ESFR Fire Sprinklers
  • 230 parking spaces
  • 4,500 amps of 277/480-volt power feed

Situated at the corner of Mustang Drive and Germann Road, the 48-acre industrial park is being developed in four phases by Trammell and Artis. Phase II was completed last year and features three buildings, totaling 421,000 square feet of industrial space, which can be customized to suit specific demands. At full build-out, Park Lucero will total more than 600,000 square feet of leasable space across all six buildings.
