Excelsior Group Welcomes New Vice President

Brandl Radovitskiy joins the company’s office in Minneapolis, bringing more than 16 years of experience in real estate leasing and marketing. She was one of the professionals involved of the leasing and marketing of One World Trade Center.

The Excelsior Group has appointed Brandl Radovitskiy as vice president of its acquisitions and development operations. In her new role, she will primarily oversee the leasing efforts at two of the company’s major Minneapolis assets: 10 West End and West End Office Park. Radovitskiy will work with Vice President Joe Boone and Senior Vice President Tom Tracy.

Excelsior’s new vice president has 16 years of experience in the industry. Her most recent role was at Carr Properties, where she was director of leasing and responsible for more than 5 million square feet of office space in the greater Washington, D.C., area.

Radovitskiy started her career in real estate as an associate director for Cushman & Wakefield and served as a director with NGKF, where she acquired experience in landlord and tenant representation. As a leasing manager with The Durst Organization, she handled more than 1.7 million square feet of office space and was also part of the team that marketed and leased One World Trade Center.
