EPIC Commercial Realty Appoints New Partner & Principal

New York— EPIC Commercial Realty (EPIC) has promoted Ido Tzaidi from senior associate broker to partner & principal. In his new role, Tzaidi will join CEO & Founder Yona Edelkopf to lead the firm’s Manhattan division.

Tzaidi brings more than 10 years of managerial experience in the New York financial and commercial real estate. He landed a couple of multi-million dollar transactions from the very beginning of his career as a broker.

Tzaidi holds a B.A. in economics and finance, specializing in finance and investment management, from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.

EPIC focuses on mid-market development and investments sales throughout the boroughs, with a strong emphasis in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The company’s sales revenue has increased by 30 percent year-over-year for the past three consecutive years, the majority of which were conducted off-market. EPIC closed more than 100 transactions in 2016 totaling more than $350 million in gross sales.
