New Orleans—Less than two months after opening their second location in New Orleans, Engel & Völkers has announced that the company is expanding its gulf presence with its newest shops in Slidell, La., Mandeville, La., Framklinton, La., and Chalmette, La.

The expansion comes as a result of the partnership the company has with ABEK Real Estate, a local real estate firm serving the entire New Orleans area.

Beth Kobeszko, owner of ABEK Real Estate, alongside General Manager Destiny Davenport will lead the newly named Engel & Völkers shops by providing local insight and global reach granted by Engel & Völkers’ network. Given the close proximity of Slidell and Mandeville’s offices to New Orleans, Kobeszko will be responsible with providing leading real estate services for buyers and sellers drawn to these locations.

“We have seen increased domestic and international interest in New Orleans and surrounding real estate markets during the last year. Beth brings with her a specialized expertise and over 25 years of experience, and is the perfect partner to introduce Engel & Völkers’ premium level services and international reach to this growing market,” Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America, said in prepared remarks.

“Slidell, Mandeville, Franklinton, and Chalmette all offer the sense of community and historic charm of a small town, and yet they’re only a short drive from New Orleans,” said Beth Kobeszko. “We’re seeing many young people and families make the decision to settle here, and we chose to align ourselves with Engel & Völkers in order to provide the best possible service to our clients and the growing community,” concluded Kobeszko.
