Duke Realty Expands Northeast Team with New VP

Benjamin Rosen has joined the company's Northeast Region office and will oversee industrial operations in the New Jersey area.

Conshohocken, Pa.—Duke Realty Corp.’s Northeast Region office has recently appointed Benjamin Rosen as vice president of leasing and development for the New Jersey area. Rosen brings more than eight years of commercial real estate experience to the table, and will oversee the company’s 2.5 million-square-foot New Jersey industrial portfolio, with the goal of expanding it through new development and investment opportunities.

“We are pleased to add an experienced commercial real estate professional to our team to help us with our leasing and development activities in the market,” Jeff Palmquist, senior vice president of Duke Realty’s Northeast Region, said in a statement. “Ben has a proven record of success in commercial real estate and will be a real asset to our operations.”

Prior to joining Duke Realty, Ben Rosen managed commercial real estate investment and leasing transactions for KTR Capital Partners and Woodmont Industrial Partners, where he was involved in nearly $1.2 billion in transactions. Rosen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
