Divaris Arranges Sale of Outparcel in Waynesboro, VA

The company represented the seller in the disposition of 1.4 acres at Waynesboro Town Center. Seven Development acquired the site, with plans to develop two additional retail properties totaling 9,620 square feet.

Seven Development LLC has purchased 1.4 acres of land in Waynesboro, Va., for $1.2 million. Located at the signalized entrance to the Waynesboro Town Center, the outparcel will be used for the development of two additional retail properties totaling 9,620 square feet. Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE) brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, Waynesboro Town Center LLC.

The site is located at 740 Town Center Drive, just off the intersection of P. Buckley Moss Drive and Interstate 64. The Divaris-leased Waynesboro Town Center is anchored by tenants such as Target, Kohl’s, Michael’s, PetSmart, Aldi and Bed Bath & Beyond. Other tenants include Hallmark Cards, Ann Taylor Loft, Hibbett Sports, Rack Room Shoes, Books-A-Million, Ross Dress for Less, Steak & Shake, McAlisters Deli, Chick-Fli-A and McDonald’s.

In December 2017, Divaris facilitated six CRE transactions in Richmond. The company negotiated five retail and office leases, as well as the sale of a warehouse and land parcel.
