Sterling Realty Acquires Seattle Office Asset for $38M
Redmond Technology Center was 93 percent occupied at the time of sale. The building is LEED certified to the Gold level and features floorplates of 34,000 square feet.
Oakland Office Asset Trades for $11M
Now known as the Fruitvale Gateway Building, the 90-year-old office asset originally served as a hospital. NAI Northern California represented both buyer and seller.
CIT Group Provides $35M for Manhattan Office Project
The six-story development will feature more than 74,000 square feet of medical office space, providing convenient access to the area’s hospitals, medical schools, research centers and outpatient facilities.
