KBS Realty Advisors sold the 137,000-square-foot property, which is located at 625 Mount Auburn St. in Cambridge, two miles west of Harvard Square and less than one mile from Mt. Auburn Hospital.

KBS Realty Advisors sold 625 Mt. Auburn in Cambridge, Mass., to The Davis Cos.Â
Located at 625 Mount Auburn St., the 137,421-square-foot office property comprises three floors. Originally built in 1961, the building underwent cosmetic renovations in 2001. Asset features include a cafeteria, fitness center, conference center, common area Wi-Fi and 307 parking spaces.Â
Wired Certified
The building is located within the submarket of West Cambridge, two miles west of Harvard Square and less than one mile from Mt. Auburn Hospital. KBS previously purchased the property in January 2007 for $29.6 million from Prospectus, according to Yardi Matrix. The asset is Wired Certified through WiredScore and is recognized for meeting the highest standards of technological superiority in connectivity and infrastructure.Â
HFF’s Christopher Phaneuf, Ben Sayles, Connor Allen and Gary Porter represented the seller in the transaction.Â
In June, KBS sold The Citadel, located in the Cherry Creek submarket of Denver. Amstar purchased the 131,000-square-foot office building for $37 million.Â
