Darwin Realty Inks Illinois Warehouse Lease
The 103,987-square-foot facility is located in Elk Grove Village, Ill., and is leased by Marketplace Brands, a seasonal food gifts distributor.

Darwin Realty secured a new tenant for a large industrial facility in Elk Grove Village, Ill. The 103,987-square-foot building will be occupied by Marketplace Brands, a seasonal food gifts distributor. NAI Hiffman represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
Strong business and retail areaÂ
Located at 951 Fargo Ave., the recently renovated property features 22-foot ceiling heights, 11,000 square feet of office space, 10 dock positions, one drive-in door and can be served by rail.
The facility sits in the middle of an active business area. The corporate centers of Rollex, KVF Co. and Petersen Aluminum Co. are located nearby. The closest shopping and dining venues are True World Foods and Starbucks.
The brokers involved in the deal were NAI Hiffman’s Executive Vice President Joe Bronson and Associate Broker Josh Will, along with Darwin Realty’s President Richard Daly and Director Adam Haefner. NAI Hiffman also recently closed on a portfolio of industrial space leases in Elk Grove Village.
