C&W Taps Santora to Head Tri-State Region

The 40-year veteran of the firm served most recently as its global COO.

New York—Cushman & Wakefield has tapped John Santora to take the helm of the firm’s New York City Tri-State Region as of Dec. 1. A 40-year veteran of the firm, Santora will succeed Ron Lo Russo, who will be leading the firm’s agency leasing practice.

“We’re excited to have Ron return to our agency leasing practice, where he’ll have an immediate impact on deepening our relationships in the landlord community,” said Tod Lickerman, Cushman & Wakefield’s chief executive of the Americas, in a statement.

Santora served most recently served as Cushman & Wakefield’s global COO. He has previously held a variety of executive positions, including CEO of the Americas region and global head of the firm’s client services business.

“We’re building on our strength in New York and the region, and John’s experience as a leader in the industry will position us for continued growth,” said Lickerman.
