C&W Taps New Eastern Asset Services Lead
Dan Pufunt will focus on client care, team engagement, cultivating best practices, executing consistent processes and procedures and recruiting top industry professionals.
Cushman & Wakefield hired Dan Pufunt as its new Asset Services East Region Lead. A veteran of JLL, Pufunt will be responsible for growing the company’s Asset Services business in the East, consisting of 360 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. The Eastern region includes: Illinois, Georgia, Maryland, Florida, Ohio, New Hampshire, Virginia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Tennessee, Washington, D.C., Indiana, Missouri and Canada.
Pufunt will report to President for the East Region Shawn Mobley and President of Asset Services for the Americas Marla Maloney. He will focus on client care, team engagement, cultivating best practices, executing consistent processes and procedures and recruiting top industry professionals.
At JLL, Pufunt was responsible for both the long-term strategic direction and the day-to-day operations of the firm’s national property management business. He held positions such as President, Investor Property Management and COO, Investor Services.
