Advance Realty and The Davis Cos. have tapped Cushman & Wakefield to handle leasing for 2750 Morris Road, a Class A warehouse and distribution facility in Landsale, Pa.

The two owners invested more than $5 million to reposition the building to meet Class A standards, which included the installation of 23 additional loading docks; the construction of a new 125-foot truck court; new building systems, lighting, parking, roof and circulation; and the inclusion of a grab-n-go cafe and conference center. The temperature and humidity controlled asset currently has 85,444 square feet of office and 292,668 square feet of warehouse/manufacturing space available, divisible to 152,820 square feet, 139,848 square feet and 37,226 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Director Jeffrey Williams and Senior Associate Jonas Skovdal are leading the leasing team.

“The ever-evolving world of e-commerce has greatly benefited the Southeastern Pennsylvania industrial market,” said Skovdal, in a prepared statement. “Over the past 12 to 18 months, there has been a significant increase in tenant demand for well-located, infill warehouse/distribution and manufacturing space to better service the Philadelphia population.”

Cushman & Wakefield continue to be active in the Philadelphia market. Earlier this month, the firm represented a joint venture between Henley Holding Co. and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board, in its disposition of a 507,634-square foot warehouse in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Penwood Select Industrial Partners bought the property, which is fully occupied by Exel Global Logistics.
