Coral Gables, Fla.—Cushman & Wakefield has recently secured two office leases valued at $16.5 million at 355 Alhambra Circle. Cosentino North America and Kimley-Horn will occupy more than 40,000 square feet at the 224,241-square-foot, Class A office building.

Vice Chairman Brian Gale, managing directors Ryan Holtzman and Andrew Trench and Director Jeannette Mendoza represented the owner in the lease negotiations. The 16-story asset was the first building in Coral Gables to receive LEED certification.

Cosentino, a Spanish company specialized in the production and distribution of surfaces for design and architecture, leased approximately 24,000 square feet. The company is relocating its North American operations from Houston. Kimley-Horn, an infrastructure design and consulting firm based in Raleigh, N.C., leased more than 16,500 square feet and is relocating its local operations from 1221 Brickell Ave., Miami.

“355 Alhambra is the perfect fit in Coral Gables for these two credit tenants,” said Holtzman in a prepared statement. “We just completed full lobby, exterior and common area upgrades that make the building look brand new.”

According to Yardi Matrix data, the property was acquired in 2015 by PGIM Real Estate for more than $83 million.
