Cushman & Wakefield Signs 7 Leases at BayView Corporate

Miami—Cushman & Wakefield has closed negotiations on seven office leases which have spanned over the last 12 months totaling 180,000 square feet at BayView Corporate Tower in Fort Lauderdale. The office leasing team comprising of Executive Director Deanna Lobinsky and Associate Chase Kulp negotiated the leases for building owner New Boston Real Estate Investment Funds.

Tenants include CHG Healthcare Services, one of the largest providers of healthcare staffing in the United States, which renewed its existing lease of 84,112 square feet and expanded by an additional 33,664 square feet. CHG is the largest tenant in the building currently occupying a total of 117,776 square feet.

EnvisionRx relocated its South Florida offices from downtown Fort Lauderdale to BayView Corporate Tower, leasing 23,026 square feet. Alpine leased 12,705 square feet and expanded by 1,306 square feet, now occupying a total of 14,011 square feet in the tower. Kovack Securities Inc. renewed it existing lease of 8,679 square feet and signed a 3,000-square-foot lease expansion, bringing its total to 11,679 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Jeff Holding and Director A.J. Belt represented the firms in the lease negotiations.

Additionally, TEKsystems, leased 8,864 square feet, The Miami Association of Realtors leased 1,625 square feet and 1,595 square feet were occupied by Strategic Asset Management Group.

The 12-story, 412,520-square-foot BayView Corporate Tower is Broward County’s largest office tower, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. It features 33,500-square-foot floor plates, an on-site café, a gift shop, an outdoor picnic area, ample parking in a covered garage as well as on-site security and management.

Located at 6451 North Federal Highway the building is within walking distance to a variety of dining and retail options along North Federal Highway as well as in close proximity to numerous luxury residential developments. BayView Corporate Tower has convenient access to Interstate 95, Florida’s Turnpike, Interstate 595 and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

“We’ve seen tremendous interest from prospective tenants at BayView Corporate Tower,” said Lobinsky. “The market is tightening and this is one of the few Class A office buildings in Broward County capable of accommodating users of all sizes.”

Recently, Cushman & Wakefield has been named leasing agent for an upcoming two-building, 278,000-square-foot industrial development in New Jersey.
