Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Colorado Office Sale

Built in two phases between 1996 and 1999, Plaza 200 & 300 at Highlands Ranch last traded in 2006, when The Lagomarsino Group acquired it for $11.2 million.

Cushman & Wakefield has secured the sale of Plaza 200 & 300 at Highlands Ranch, a 74,778-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Highlands Ranch, Colo. Managing Directors Aaron Johnson and Jon Hendrickson of the company’s Denver office arranged the $14.4 million sale.

Located at 200 & 300 Plaza Drive at Highlands Ranch Business Park, the property provides convenient access to various retail and dining venues, as well as the recent development of the 33-acre medical campus. 

The two, two- and three-story buildings were 99 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Built in two phases, in 1996 and 1999, and renovated in 2008, the Class B property features floor plates ranging from 14,842 to 15,063 square feet and offers 314 parking space. According to Yardi Matrix data, Plaza 200 & 300 last traded in 2006, when The Lagomarsino Group acquired it for $11.2 million, or $149,09 per square foot.

In another recent deal, Cushman & Wakefield represented Showpad in the acquisition of 50,000 square feet of office space in Chicago’s One North State.
