Cush & Wake Facilitates Lease for TSA in Florida

Miami—Cushman & Wakefield secured a long-term lease renewal with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at Doral Concourse, a Class A office building located in central Doral, Fla.

Managing Director Gordon Messinger negotiated for 30,000 square feet of space at 8400 Doral Blvd. on behalf of the owner, DRA Advisors LLC.
“Doral Concourse remains an ideal fit for the TSA’s South Florida operations,” said Messinger in prepared remarks. “The building’s proximity to Miami International Airport, accessibility and updated finishes drove the agency’s decision to secure this large block of space on a long-term basis.”

The 240,950-square-foot, six-story property is nearing the completion of a renovation process which includes the ground-floor lobby, upper-floor common areas and entryway exterior.
The building also features a structured parking garage with a parking ratio of five spaces per 1,000 square feet, fiber-optic service and access to nearby amenities such as City Place Doral, Dolphin Expressway and Florida’s Turnpike.

Other notable tenants are Starboard Cruise Services, Humana, Marriott, General Mills and Wells Fargo.
