Counselors of Real Estate Chair Joseph Nahas Jr. delivered the real estate thought leadership organization’s annual ranking of the leading impactors on the real estate sector at the National Association of Real Estate Editors real estate journalism conference in Las Vegas in mid-June. Afterwards, he sat down with CPE to evaluate the top issues.
This year, the Counselors of Real Estate split the list between current issues and longer-term considerations.
Topping the current issues list:

- Natural Disasters and Climate Change
