CPE’s Rosta Wins NAREE Award
Each year, the National Association of Real Estate Editors recognizes excellence in real estate journalism.

CPE Executive Editor Paul Rosta received an honorable mention award in the Best Audio Report category at the National Association of Real Estate Editors 75th Annual Real Estate Journalism Awards ceremony in New Orleans.
Host of CPE’s “Investment Matters” podcast, Rosta’s award-winning episode “Investment Matters: Forging Development Success” features Gina Baker Chambers, president of MCB Real Estate, on her quest to build “economically and environmentally sound projects that are not only economically and environmentally sound but serve the community’s needs.”

Rosta and Chambers discuss how the Baltimore native and former Artemis Real Estate executive, is tackling complex redevelopment projects in her hometown.
NAREE’s annual journalism awards honor excellence in reporting, writing and editing stories about residential and commercial real estate. The awards were presented during the organization’s 59th annual national convention. Submissions are judged by a panel of experts from Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
The Investment Matters program is available on CPE’s podcast channel, CPE Podcasts, which is also available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and other major platforms.
