Courtyard by Marriott Opens Doors in Austin
The Courtyard by Marriott Austin Northwest/Lakeline broke ground in 2015, offering 118 guestrooms across five floors and located minutes from a 1.1 million-square-foot, super-regional mall.

The 118-key Courtyard by Marriott Austin Northwest/Lakeline has opened its doors, following nearly three years of construction work. The Austin hospitality asset is owner/operator Champion Hotels’ first hotel in the region.
Located at 12833 Ranch Road 620 N., the property is in Austin’s Cedar Park submarket, which was dubbed one of the country’s fastest-growing cities by the U.S. Census Bureau. The property sits adjacent to the intersection of U.S. Highway 183 and Texas Route 45, providing access into the city’s center, approximately 15 miles south. The hotel is positioned in a booming shopping district, home to the 1.1 million-square-foot Lakeline Mall as well as a wide range of big-box retailers.
The property offers nine suites and 109 standard rooms, ranging in size from 360 to 775 square feet. Each guestroom includes a mini-fridge, high-speed Internet access and a flat-screen TV. Guest amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, a business lounge, two meeting rooms totaling 2,200 square feet, laundry facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi. Free parking is available on-site.
