Corbet Design + Build has broken ground on a 12,970-square-foot building in Celina, Texas. The property will serve as an Ace Hardware store.

Corbet is handling construction and permitting for the new store, which is slated for completion in summer 2017. The company specializes in site-selection, design, permitting, construction and commissioning services. Featuring a blend of stucco, stone veneer and brick, the new store will also have a dark bronze standing seam metal roof. With approximately 5,000 stores worldwide, Ace Hardware has already opened locations in proximity to the new one in Texas, in McKinney and Pilot Point.

“Ace Hardware stores are independently owned and operated by a local entrepreneur,” CEO Bryan Garvey said in prepared remarks. “Each Ace Hardware store follows brand standards, and our ability to manage the complexity of putting the required design features together makes us a trusted partner.”
