Commonwealth Commercial Hires Managing Director

Working from the company’s new Houston office, William Fehmer will oversee property portfolios, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as development strategies and third-party property services.

After appointing Paul Harnett as senior vice president & director of property management earlier this year, Commonwealth Commercial Partners has hired William Fehmer as managing director of the company’s newest  Houston office. Fehmer will oversee property portfolios, acquisitions and dispositions, development strategies and the development of third-party property services business lines.

Fehmer’s experience includes leading commercial asset management, operations, leasing and project management teams of various assets and portfolios. Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, Fehmer served as director of asset services for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. There, he led the asset services and facility management teams for corporate and industrial clients, and his portfolios included more than 20 million square feet of office, retail, medical, industrial, data centers and corporate real estate across the Texas and Arizona markets.

Commonwealth’s new managing director is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, Certified Property Manager, Certified Real Estate Broker Manager, LEED-Green Associate and a licensed real estate broker through the Texas Real Estate Commission.
