The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority has started planning and site development of the $80 million MidPointe Crossing, in Cincinnati’s Bond Hill neighborhood. The developer has hired Cassidy Turley to market the mixed-use project.

Celanese Corporation plans to expand its presence in Northern Kentucky. The Dallas-based company is investing $20 million to expand its manufacturing capabilities at its facility in Boone County. In one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest commercial real estate deals of the year, 4600 Smith Road Holdings LLC sold its Central Parke Business Park Portfolio to a group of local investors, called PBY Partners. The price of the transaction was $34 million.

TriHealth, Select Medical Plan to Open New Rehabilitation Hospital in Evanston
TriHealth, one of the largest health systems in the region, is looking to expand and open a new hospital in the Cincinnati area. Last week, TriHealth and Select Medical, one of the largest providers of acute care in the country, announced their plans to form a partnership and build and operate a new inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Evanston.
