Archer Daniels Midland Plans 2015 Opening for IT Center in Northern Ky.

Archer Daniels Midland Company, a Chicago-based global food-processing and commodities-trading corporation, plans to establish an IT center in the Northern Kentucky city of Erlanger. The project will create 200 jobs.

On December 11, Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of the Independence Oaks Apartments, an apartment complex in Independence, Ky.
