Developer Names Hotel Flag for Madisonville Project
More details have come to light about the $124 million mixed-use development in Madisonville. RBM Development Company LLC, the project’s developer, has entered into an agreement with the Wyndham Hotel Group, to brand and manage a $60 million hotel planned at the site, under its Dolce Hotels and Resorts flag.
City Council Approves $126M Redevelopment
Last week, the Cincinnati City Council unanimously approved a development agreement between the city and RBM Development, a company owned by Medpace Inc. founder and CEO Dr. August Troendle, that will result in a $126 million investment at the medical research company’s Madisonville campus.
