CBRE Promotes Jack Fraker to Managing Director

Jack Fraker joined the company in 2003. He has more than 30 years of real estate experience and is specialized in the trading properties for institutional clients.

CBRE has promoted Jack Fraker to managing director of global industrial and logistics. In this new role, Fraker will integrate the CBRE Capital Markets industrial and logistics vertical globally. He will continue to report to Christopher Ludeman, global president of Capital Markets at CBRE. Additionally, he will also continue to serve as the head of business development and portfolio sales for the company’s National Partners.

Client Portfolio Exceeds 800 MSF

Fraker has more than 30 years of real estate experience and is specialized in the sale of properties for institutional clients, as well as tenant representation for corporate clients. At CBRE, Fraker leased or sold assets totaling more than 800 million square feet and nearly 6,600 acres of development sites across the country and abroad.

He started his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as executive vice president & board member. Fraker received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

“Jack’s promotion aligns with the increasing flow of capital globally and the worldwide footprint of large investors and occupiers,” Christopher Ludeman said in prepared remarks.
