CBRE has been awarded the management contract of an asset in Boynton Beach, Fla. The 100,058-square-foot office building had recently changed hands, with Fox Ridge Capital purchasing the property from Aetna Life Insurance Co. in December 2017. Bill Davis and Cindy Hatcher will lead the team managing the building.
Located at 3301 Quantum Blvd., the building sits in a primarily industrial district, home to tenants such as Publix, Horizon Distributors and Johnstone Supply. The property is situated near Interstate 95, one mile to the east, providing access along the coastal region. Built in 2005, some space in the building is currently leased to Peachtree Financial Solutions, ACG and the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County. Cushman & Wakefield is marketing 77,000 square feet of the property to new tenants, according to Yardi Matrix. Fox Ridge Capital plans to extensively renovate the building by installing a new roof, replacing the HVAC system and upgrading the property’s landscaping and surface parking.
Last summer, CBRE was selected to manage a 250,000-square-foot three-building office campus in Palm Beach Gardens, 20 miles north of Boynton Beach.
