CBRE Expands NJ Retail Team With 2 New Hires

Nicole Jadoo, Associate

CBRE recently appointed Nicole Jadoo and Nicole Nannola as associates in its New Jersey offices. Their responsibilities will include enhancing the firm’s retail advisory presence in the New Jersey area by providing superior retailer representation, agency leasing, development consulting, investment sales, land brokerage and property management services to the firm’s retail tenants and owners, with Nannola focusing on retail-oriented sales and development consulting. The recent hires will be based in the firm’s East Brunswick and Saddle Brook offices.

Prior to joining the CBRE team, both served as associates with Colliers International, where they dealt with landlord and tenant representation. Their portfolio of clients included Somerset Development, LCOR, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Kiddie Academy, AT&T, Dominos, One River School and Agile Urgent Care.

Jadoo’s previous titles included leasing consultant within Aimco Apartment Homes, broker at Coldwell Banker Residential and account executive within Apple Tittle Agency. She is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Nicole Nannola, Associate

Prior to joining CBRE, Nannola was executive assistant to the New Jersey managing director at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2014. Before that, she created her own childcare business where she managed a 10-member staff. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
