Greenwood and Holsman join from Colliers International, where they served as senior vice presidents and leading office brokers for nearly 11 and 15 years, respectively. Their high-profile deals include the lease renewals and expansions of Kaiser Foundation’s headquarters and Pandora’s headquarters as well as leases on behalf of MobiTV in Emeryville, Calif. and Optiscan in Hayward, Calif.

During his 15-year career, Greenwood has leased more than 12 million square feet and carried out more than $150 million in sales. Holsman has been involved in more than 15 million square feet of lease transactions and has participated in more than $2 billion worth of sale transactions, assisting investors with the acquisition and disposition of premier assets along the 80/880 corridor.

“Trent and Scott are two of the most sought-after landlord professionals in the East Bay and we are thrilled that they have decided to join CBRE. The addition of these experts bolsters our office leasing services offering at a time when activity in the Oakland CBD is as hot as it’s ever been,” said Trevor Thorpe, managing director of CBRE’s three East Bay offices, including Oakland, Pleasanton and Walnut Creek, Calif., in prepared remarks.

Greenwood and Holsman are both graduates of University of California, Berkeley.
