The Bozzuto Group announced on Monday the signing of seven new retail tenants for its brand-new Cathedral Commons mixed-use development, on Wisconsin Avenue in Washington, D.C.

The seven retailers are the Grilled Oyster Co., [solidcore], Wylie Wagg, Le Village Marche, Core 72, Pure Barre and Parks Fabricare. Together, they will occupy about 14,600 square feet of retail space at Cathedral Commons.

The Grilled Oyster Co., a seafood and steak restaurant, has the largest lease of the seven. In spring 2015, the company will open a 4,169-square-foot location fronting the Newark Street plaza. The other retailers will also open in spring. Pure Barre and [solidcore] are two fitness studios, while Parks Fabricare is a dry cleaning service. The Wylie Wagg, Le Village Marche and Core 72 stores will offer pet supplies, home furnishings and women’s activewear.

Earlier this year, in May, Bozzuto announced the signing of seven other retail tenants. They are Barcelona Restaurant & Wine Bar, Raku, iDoc Optical, Wells Fargo, SunTrust Bank, Starbucks and CVS Pharmacy. H&R Retail is handling the retail leasing at Cathedral Commons.

“We’re thrilled to add retail establishments to Cathedral Commons that will bring convenient services, wellness offerings and shopping destinations to residents and neighbors alike,” Toby Bozzuto, president of The Bozzuto Group, said in a statement. “These retailers will round out the community’s terrific line-up of local and national health, retail and dining options.” Cathedral Commons is anchored by a 56,000-square-foot Giant Food, which opened in November.

The Bozzuto Group developed Cathedral Commons in a joint venture with Ahold USA, parent company of Giant Food, and Southside Investment Partners. The $130 million project broke ground in 2012. It includes 128,000 square feet of retail space, 137 apartments and eight townhomes, a boutique hotel, a fitness center, a library and many other amenities. The residences at Cathedral Commons also opened this fall.
