Bozzuto Appoints Keith Harris as SVP of Capital Markets

Washington—Keith Harris joins Bozzuto as senior vice president of capital markets, responsible for institutional capital raising and client relations.

Harris’ more than 30 years of experience in real estate includes acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, lending, portfolio management, capital raising, and partnership structuring. Prior to joining Bozzuto, he held various senior positions such as chief investment officer at The Laramar Group and senior vice president at Heitman Capital Management and JMB Realty Corp.

During Harris’ 14-year tenure at Laramar, he managed investment transactions for more than 30,000 apartment units valued at approximately $3 billion. During his 12 years at Heitman and JMB, Harris managed the disposition of over 28,000 apartment units and more than 7.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties worth $2.9 billion.

Harris is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), a vice chair of the Multifamily Green Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of PREA and immediate past chairman of the Board of Directors of the not-for-profit Over the Rainbow Association.

Harris holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Carleton College.
