Bold New York Hires New EVP
The boutique real estate consulting firm has appointed Dennis Colwell as executive vice president & director of sales. He will work closely with the company’s founder & president Jordan Sachs.

Full-service real estate consulting firm Bold New York recruited industry veteran Dennis Colwell as its newest executive vice president & director of sales. In his new role, Colwell will work on the implementation of new practices within the sales team, alongside Jordan Sachs, the company’s co-founder & president.
“Dennis’ extensive experience with sales in every price bracket gives him a distinct advantage here at Bold,” Sachs said in a prepared statement. “We prize his unique approach to the business of real estate, and with his depth of knowledge, Dennis has the competitive edge to make significant contributions to the brokerage.”
Industry veteran
Prior to joining the company, he served as senior managing director at The Corcoran Group-owned Citi Habitats’ West Village office, where he assisted sales agents in closing transactions. Between 2004 and 2015, Colwell was vice president & associate broker at Corcoran, where he managed to stay in the top 2 percent of sales producers nationwide. Other roles included executive with Skyline TRG Title Co., a Realogy-affiliated firm.
Colwell graduated Texas A&M University and holds a B.A. in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
