Bellwether Enterprise Welcomes New SVP

Nicholas Alston, SVP of Bellwether Enterprise

Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment Inc., recently appointed Nicholas Alston as senior vice president with the banking company’s new San Diego office. Bellwether’s new senior vice president brings more than 25 years of experience in ground-up construction financing, joint ventures and acquisition loans.

Alston previously served as vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he oversaw commercial mortgage banking in San Diego. Prior to this, he was a senior vice president, partner and manager of the San Diego Regional office of Dwyer-Curlett & Co. Alston received a bachelor of science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master of science degree in business administration from San Diego State University. He is a long-term member of the National Association of Industrial Parks and a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.

The company also announced that it has established new offices in San Diego and Los Angeles and hired 22 new employees for the new locations and for its existing Irvine, Ca., office.
