Barry Slatt Mortgage Grows San Fran Office

The company transferred three commercial real estate finance experts from its Walnut Creek and Burlingame offices, as CEO announces further growth.

Barry Slatt Mortgage has expanded its presence in San Francisco with new interoffice transfers, joining principals Kenneth Fox and Paul Schroeder.

Senior Vice President Andrew Mekjavich and Commercial Mortgage Banker Jeff Matlock join from the firm’s Walnut Creek office. Mekjavich has been with the company since late 2012 and brings over 12 years of commercial real estate finance experience. In addition to life company debt origination, Mekjavich has overseen the firm’s national bridge and structured finance platform. Matlock has been with the firm for four years, providing full service to his clients.

Senior Vice President Ryan Gray transferred from the firm’s Burlingame office and has more than 10 years of loan production experience on all major commercial property types. President & CEO of Barry Slatt Mortgage Daniel Friedeberg explained that this addition of talent to the San Francisco office will be followed by further growth.
