Interior contractor J.C. Anderson Inc. has completed a 25,000-square-foot office renovation for Baird & Warner in the Windy City.
The Elmhurst, Ill.-based firm had the task of completely revamping Baird & Warner’s headquarters at 120 S. LaSalle St., a project which involved the demolition and reconfiguration of their existing office.
J.C. Anderson, with William Burfeind as project executive and Jason Hawkins as senior project manager, took on a project which involved creating a new, open office environment for the area’s largest, locally owned independent residential real estate services company. The project included the addition of new conference rooms, private offices, break rooms and a new kitchen. Baird & Warner’s office also features new flooring, lighting, paint, AV upgrades, and high-end millwork. NELSON provided architectural services for the development.
“The renovation of our Home Office reflects the spirit of collaboration, innovation and empowerment that defines our company’s culture,” Steve Baird, president & CEO of Baird & Warner, said in a statement. “From the open concept layout and informal meeting spaces to the bold wall treatment and latest connectivity technology, this is an environment that fosters partnerships, ideation and client engagement.”
Baird & Warner is a 160-year-old company with nearly 2,000 broker associates in 25 offices. J.C. Anderson also completed a 20,000-square-foot build-out for the company’s Title Services and Key Mortgage offices at 475 N. Martingale Road.
