Chicago—Residential real estate services company Baird & Warner has signed a lease for a new office location in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. Located at 620 S. Dearborn St., in the Transportation Building, the new office will be focused on providing brokerage, mortgage and title services primarily to the neighborhood and its surroundings. The office marks the company’s 28th location in the Chicago area, and is slated for occupancy at year-end 2016.

“Baird & Warner has always been active in the South Loop, but with major developments like RiverLine and a massive 62-acre development bringing thousands of new residential units to the community, we’ll be well-positioned to leverage opportunities in this flourishing neighborhood,” Laura Ellis, president of residential sales & executive vice president of Baird & Warner, said in a statement.

“I’ve always been a champion of the South Loop as being one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Chicago, so I’m beyond excited to bring the best marketing and technology tools available to Baird & Warner’s broker associates, enabling them to make it easier for sellers and buyers to tap the neighborhood’s full potential,” added Jim Psyhogios, managing broker for Baird & Warner’s new location and a long-time South Loop resident. Psyhogios expects 25 to 30 agents to work out of the new office, which will incorporate an open-floor plan and hoteling concept to increase staff mobility.
