Avison Young has appointed Natalie Allred as the company’s principal and vice-president of property management in Las Vegas. In her new position, she will lead the firm’s property management group in the designated geographical area, focusing on facilitating continued client satisfaction.

Broad-Based Experience

Allred has more than 25 years of asset management experience, having served most recently as the executive vice-president of The Equity Group in Las Vegas. Throughout her career, she has managed more than 15 million square feet of retail, office, industrial, hotels and residential associations and properties. Additionally, she supervised a 30-person staff that consisted of nine property managers as well as accounting, maintenance and administrative specialists.

Prior to joining The Equity Group, she was a regional property manager and broker for the Las Vegas office of Vestar Properties, where she oversaw institutional, corporate and third-party assets. Before working for Vestar, she spent 18 years at American Nevada Co. where she rose to vice-president after serving in various positions.

Her experience in leading other property management professionals in meeting the investment goals of both high-profile private wealth and institutional investors makes this a truly ‘take-notice’ hire for Avison Young. Natalie’s depth of experience in managing all segments of commercial property, including retail, mixed-use, residential, class A office, industrial and hospitality real estate, will benefit our clients as they seek to manage individual sites and portfolios in the competitive Las Vegas marketplace,” Keith Lipton, COO of Avison Young, said in prepared remarks.
