Avison Young Completes Office Lease in Hollywood
Soothe plans to relocate its headquarters to the sixth floor of 1800 Highland Ave. by the end of 2016.

Los Angeles—Commercial real estate services firm Avison Young has announced the closing of a 63-month office lease in Hollywood. Soothe is planning a relocation from its current 4,000-square-foot space in West Hollywood to 13,000 square feet in a recently reconditioned office building at 1800 Highland Ave. The move is scheduled for the end of 2016.
Principal Scott Steuber and Vice President Jeff Vertun of the company’s Los Angeles office represented the tenant, while NGKF represented the landlord, Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Souferian Group.
“We timed this lease well, as we understood that 1800 Highland Avenue would soon undergo a major creative renovation which would include outdoor patios and other striking amenities. Avison Young was able to negotiate Soothe’s lease prior to rent rates increasing. With Soothe’s growth potential in mind, we were able to work with the ownership group to enable the tenant to potentially expand within the building in the future” Steuber said in prepared remarks.
On-demand massage service company Soothe will be occupying the sixth floor of the seven-story, 87,440-square-foot building. Other large tenants at the property include Live Nation and ScoreBig.
