Four Seasons to Brand Fort Capital’s Luxury Oceanfront Mixed-Use Project
Fort Capital, has entered an agreement with Four Seasons to brand and manage The Surf Club, a luxury mixed-use property currently under construction on 9-acres of surfside land that Fort Capital acquired in 2012. Development started on the buildings in fall 2013 with Coastal Construction serving as general contractor. The project is on schedule to be completed in early 2016.
Four Metro Orlando Office Buildings Sold
In two major investment sales, four of metro Orlando’s office buildings changed hands recently using the brokerage services of Lincoln Property Company Southeast. The properties totaling more than 182,000 square feet sold for an aggregate of $8.7 million.
Buckhead Tower Earns LEED Gold Certification
Another Parmenter Realty Partners office building recently earned the LEED Gold Certification for Existing Buildings. The company’s array of LEED certified buildings broadened with Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square in January.

Hines Selects Gehry Partners Design for Germany’s Tallest Residential Tower
International real estate firm Hines announced Gehry Partners has won the architectural competition for the company’s 300-unit apartment project in Berlin. Slated to rise to a maximum of 492 feet, the 39-story structure will likely become the tallest building in Berlin and the tallest residential tower in the entire country.

ARTIC Acquires St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort for $213M
Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (ARTIC) along with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. recently announced that ARTIC has purchased the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort in Miami. The transaction was worth $213 million.
