GuocoLand has unveiled plans to build the tallest structure in Singapore. At 951 feet, the proposed Tanjong Pagar Centre will also rise as the company’s first integrated mixed-use development in the city and region.

Development Group Plans Major Apartment Project East of Downtown Raleigh

The Florian Companies, along with Hyde Street Holdings and Banner Apartments are planning to develop a 224-unit, four-story apartment building near Moore Square in downtown Raleigh.
According to the NewsObserver, the project will be located on a vacant 2-acre lot currently owned by Gordon Smith III. The development group intends to close on the purchase of the site by the end of the summer.

Gaia Real Estate has purchased the Winchester Park and Winchester Wood multifamily communities in East Providence for $55 million or $115,000 per unit. The sale also included 20 acres of undeveloped land, the Providence Business News reports. CB Richard Ellis New England Partners represented the buyer in the transaction and also procured financing.
