A&S Building Systems, a division of NCI Buildings Group, relocated its headquarters from Caryville, Tenn., to the David Jones Industrial Park in Andersonville, Tenn. The company designed and manufactured the 127,950-square-foot facility in conjunction with developer the Hollingsworth Cos.
The Class A steel building has the capacity to expand to 172,600 square feet with 32-foot clear height and eight dock doors suitable for warehouse or manufacturing space. With the new facility, A&S has expanded their engineering and sales support.
“While we ship buildings worldwide, many local projects such as the Knoxville News Sentential and the Holsten Gas facilities are highly visible,” said A&S Building Systems President Dennis McDeavitt.
During the past year, The Hollingsworth Cos. also completed a 264,763-square-foot automotive building in Cookeville, Tenn., and an 183,618-square-foot expansion to a factory in Prince George, Va.
