Phoenix—Arizona Polymer Flooring, a manufacturer of flooring products and concrete coating systems, has announced that the company is relocating into an expanded state-of-the-art manufacturing center in Phoenix.

The new 50,000-square-foot facility will serve as an international hub for APF production, distribution, training, research and development. According to company officials, the development of the campus is in keeping with APF’s strategy to continue its expansion. Located near 43rd Avenue and Buckeye Road, the mixed-use property will feature a 18,000-square-foot production area, as well as 18,000 square feet of storage and warehouse space. The facility will also include 14,000 square feet of office space.

“The new facility will enable the company to improve and streamline operations, including the strategic location of loading docks that help improve processes for order pickup, truck deliveries and organizing finished goods,” APF President & CEO Daniel Owen said in prepared remarks.

The company already operates two production facilities, in Texas and California, that currently support Super-Krete Products. APF revealed that the company intends to expand and upgrade these facilities in order to produce a wider range of products and systems.
