Full-service advertising agency Vision Creative Group is on the move, relocating its headquarters from their current location at 16 Wing Drive in Cedar Knolls, N. J. The company singled out the newly renovated 2740 Route 10 W. in Morris Plains as its future base, signing for 9,318 square feet. NAI James E. Hanson’s Barry Mayer, Arthur Hixson and Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the tenant, while Josh Levering and Nicholas DePaolera acted on behalf of the landlord, First Indemnity of America Insurance.

Built in 1991, the three-story, 57,000-square-foot building last changed hands this January. The owner renovated the building, which now showcases a renewed exterior design of polished granite and solar glass, as well as 240 parking spaces. Located in the Parsippany area, the property is in the vicinity of Powder Mill Shopping Plaza, restaurants, hotels, fitness centers and a spa. It also offers easy access to many access roads, including routes 10 and 202 and interstates 80 and 287. The building is less than one hour away from New York City, Newark and Morristown.

2740 Route 10 West had virtually sat dormant for numerous years prior to being acquired by First Indemnity of America Insurance,” NAI James E. Hanson’s Senior Vice President Josh Levering said in a prepared statement. “Upon acquisition, First Indemnity of America Insurance promptly embarked on a series of extensive renovations to bring 2740 to modern standards. FIA intended on occupying a majority of the building, yet upon renovations and a dynamic layout program, First Indemnity of America Insurance was left with excess space and decided to seek a tenant to occupy the balance.” Other tenants include Oxford Commercial Appraisal Management and First MCO.

Vision Creative Group is not the only company preferring to stay put in the area; Ogilvy CommonHealth signed a similar, yet much larger deal back in December.
