AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown Makes Debut
The 255-key hotel will be fully open in May and is the result of a yearlong transformation of the Holiday Inn Atlanta Downtown Centennial Park.

Peachtree Hotel Group and AC Hotels by Marriott debuted its newest hotel slated to open in May, AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown. The 255-key hotel is the end transformation of what was once the Holiday Inn Atlanta Downtown Centennial Park.
Located at 101 Andrew Young International Blvd., the new Marriott features guestrooms with hardwood floors, open floor plans and spacious bathrooms. Amenities include a 24-hour heath and fitness studio, an activated outdoor patio and swimming pool with an enclosed Zen garden, a media salon, a business center, 1,250 square feet of meeting space and two dining spaces.
AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown is also located within walking distance to some of the city’s top destinations, including the upcoming Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Phillips Arena and the College Football Hall of Fame.
“The downtown Atlanta area has seen a resurgence and significant growth in the last several years and the opening of the new AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown is representative of the area’s thriving economy,” said Mitul Patel, COOÂ at Peachtree Hotel Group, in prepared remarks.
