Premier Workspaces Opens 16 KSF Seattle Location
The coworking provider signed an 11-year lease at the property.
Premier Workspaces has opened its newest flex office in Bellevue, Wash., at American Asset Trust’s 93,295-square-foot Timber Springs office campus. The flex office provider signed an 11-year, 16,296-square-foot lease, occupying Suite 300.
The space features 70 fully furnished private offices, meeting rooms, day offices, reception services, on-site fitness center and parking area. Premier Workspaces has three other locations in metro Seattle, one of which is also in Bellevue, at Eastside Office Center, about 6 miles south of Timber Springs.

Previously dubbed Bel-Spring 520, the campus consists of two office buildings at 11808 and 11820 Northup Way. The property housing Premier Workspaces’ coworking location rises three stories, featuring 13,535-square-foot floorplates. Completed in 1983, the low-rise underwent cosmetic renovations in 2006 and 2015. The flex office provider has joined Artech Consulting, Smith Bunday Berman Britton, Exxel Pacific and Vision Media in the roster, among.

The campus is just off the interchange between Interstate 405 and Washington State Route 520, which connect the area to downtown Seattle, 10 miles west.
The coworking sector continues its expansion beyond gateway cities and into secondary and tertiary markets, making flex offices accessible to remote teams. Providers have turned their attention towards these smaller markets because they allow for larger spaces in Class B and older office properties. As of April, there were 9,200 coworking locations across the U.S., amounting to 165 million square feet, CoworkingCafe data shows. This accounted for 2.3 percent of the national office inventory.
