CPE Poll: New Investments Besides Office

CPE has a new poll! We want to know which asset class you are most interested in investing in, especially as the office sector faces difficulties with investment and leasing in the long-term.

In our previous poll, we asked readers about their thoughts on the Inflation Reduction Act’s impact on sustainability efforts across commercial real estate. The majority—42 percent—stated that they see it as having only a moderate impact. At the same time, there was an even 17 percent split between seeing it as having either no impact, or a significant one.
