Faegre Baker Daniels Moves to Downtown Denver

The full-service law firm will occupy more than 50,000 square feet at 1144 Fifteenth St., a newly constructed, 40-story trophy building in the city's LoDo District.

Hines has inked a 58,000-square-foot lease with the full-service law firm Faegre Baker Daniels, to occupy space at 1144 Fifteenth St. in Denver. The 40-story Class AA tower comprises 671,101 square feet and is the first of its kind in the city of Denver to rise in more than three decades. 

Pickard Chilton designed the building, situated at the intersection of Arapahoe and Lawrence streets. The property features various amenities including efficient floor plates, three outdoor terraces, a great-room style collaboration center, an auto detailing service in the 13-story parking garage, 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, dispatch elevators, a 5,500-square-foot fitness center and unobstructed mountain and city views. Other major tenants of the asset include Gates Corp., Optiv Security, Unicom Capital, Greenberg Traurig and The Boston Consulting Group. Located in the LoDo District, 1144 Fifteenth offers convenient access to Denver International Airport, the light-rail and is within a 12-minute walk to Union Station.

Savills Studley’s Vice Chairman Rick Schuham and Executive Vice President Tiffany Winne represented Faegre Baker Daniels in the lease transaction, while JLL’s Vice President James Roupp represented Hines.
