Star Mesa Properties has purchased Koko Plaza in Louisville, Colo., from EverWest Real Estate Partners. HFF represented the seller and procured the buyer for the 34,174-square-foot office and retail center.

The property is located at 901 and 917 Front St., 23 miles north of downtown Denver and nine miles away from Boulder, offering easy access to the Front Range region. The mixed-use asset is part of a retail corridor in central Louisville and is situated near a future commuter rail stop and the DeLo residential and retail development.

Completed in 2002, the two-building asset underwent renovations in 2014 and is 98 percent leased. The 19 tenants, including Yoga Hive Colorado, Sushi Yoshi and Eleanor and Hobbs, occupy spaces ranging from 130 to 4,659 square feet.

HFF’s team representing the seller included Managing Director Jules Sherwood.
