Maxus Realty Snags Large Portion of Frisco Square
CBRE negotiated the sale of three office buildings, two multifamily properties, the Cinemark Theatre and additional land at Frisco Square.

An affiliate of Maxus Realty Trust acquired three office buildings, two multifamily properties, the Cinemark Theatre and additional land at Frisco Square, a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. At the time of sale, the asset’s office and residential space was more than 90 percent occupied, while the retail space was 66 percent leased.
Located at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Main Street, Frisco Square consists of more than 213,000 square feet of Class A office and retail space, as well as 144 apartments. Tenants include Cole, Regus and Comerica Bank. Plaza at Frisco Square features studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 528 to 1,550 square feet. Community amenities include a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, swimming pool and 250 parking spaces.
CBRE’s Evan Stone, Gary Carr, John Alvarado, Eric Mackey, Robert Hill, Jared Chua, Ryan Reid, Jeremy Faltys and Nita Stewart negotiated the deal on behalf of the undisclosed seller. Recently, Stone, Carr, Chua, Alvarado, Hill and Mackey arranged the sale of 264,000-square-foot Plano office building.
