AY to Lease, Manage Atlanta Office Building
The company, which currently manages more than 20 million square feet of property across the Atlanta region, has been retained to lease and manage a 10-story 213,000-square-foot office building.

Avison Young was assigned leasing and property management assignment for 1000 Parkwood, a 213,000-square-foot office building in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket of Atlanta.
Visible Office Space
Located at 1000 Parkwood Circle S.E., the Class A 10-story building features controlled access and a total of 676 parking stalls. The property has convenient access to I-75 and I-285, located only minutes from The Battery Atlanta and SunTrust Park, the new Atlanta Braves stadium. The building reached 93 percent occupancy.
“The 1000 Parkwood building is an attractive option for employers looking for high-visibility office space in the rapidly evolving Cumberland/Galleria submarket. This suburban location is one of Atlanta’s most attractive live, work, play environments, something millennials desire, as illustrated by the fact that it has the highest per capita number of millennial residents,” Kirk Rich, principal of Avison Young’s Atlanta office, said in prepared remarks.
